Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - 3 to 5 inches of additional rain is forecast in the watch area from Monday afternoon through Tuesday. Local amounts of up to 8 inches are possible.
