Large floods are possible. Traffic conditions may be difficult across the entire network and the railway traffic may be disrupted. Power outage may happen. Dykes may be damaged or submerged. I avoid traveling and I keep myself informed of the weather conditions. I check the rising waters. I don't go into basements. I keep my goods out of the water and I locate my emergency kit.
